NBR-TAPE-D202 ----Silicone Resins for Mica Tape High temperature resistant , Isolation , Climate resistant , Waterproof Composition of NBR-TAPE-D202 NBR-TAPE-D202 Organic Silicone resin is used in the manufacture of the fire-resistance mica tape , which is made by our products is with low smoking ,non-toxic, well stability and thermo stability.it also has the facture of outstanding weather ability , good moisture proof , electric insulatively and cohesively ,used as H class insulation material. SPECIFICATION: Use brochure it is brochure not the detail process, NBR-TAPE-D202 belong to the quick drying silicone resin with the characteristic of quick solidity,low temperature, and the strong bind ability, the solidity mica tape very dry, pliable and non accretion. Suggestion: Confect concentration: (1)Pedion tape:16~20% (2)Double ended tape:14~16% Silicone cat :C-120is:0.5~2.0% Silicone resin content in the mica tape:8~11% . Packing and storage 200KG pail Don't touch the fire and avoid from the strong sunshine. 25ºC in the airtight container for six months. Avoid drench and insolate between the shipment.
